MAC was selected by the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission for the installation of new runway lights and rehabilitation of the pavement at the Carlton Landing Airport. MAC was also responsible for the preparation and completion of the NEPA categorical exclusion document. Project scope included:
- Runway, taxiway and apron rehabilitation
- Remarking of the runway utilizing NPI markings
- Installation of LED runway lights and 2-box PAPI
- Obstruction removal
